How I get it

It’s all about those benefits that you get from a personal training session, plus adding the group fitness dynamic. Training happens under a controlled coaching environment, along with constant guidance with the ultimate goal of completing qualitative sessions. Also, the small group environment offers you support and fun!

How long : Sessions last 55 minutes

Functional Training program: Designed every day & follows a key trunk in order for specific goals to be achieved. The program is taught & gets adjusted on every trainee separately. Proper exercise technique & form, as well as the inspiration & motivation are always on top priorities.

In Round 22 your training is going to be firmly grounded on fundamental, basic training principles. In the daily program design that concerns #you, all the parameters of fitness & especially those of health are taken into account. Round 22 primarily means the development of muscular & cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, flexibility & balance, but also of balanced body composition & psychological state!

Owner - Head Trainer

My name is Rafaidina Patrikelli and I present my personal training studio to you! Round 22 is the outcome of an about ten-year course of involvement in physical education as a profession. I myself was a distance runner with significant distinctions in my teenage years & my love for sports led me to later complete my studies at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of Athens, specializing in ‘Wellness & Health’. At the same time all these years I have worked on and around sports & fitness, having the good fortune to engage in excellent collaborations. I had my bachelor’s degree from Department of Physical Education & Sports Science of Athens and then I was trained with seminars on Personal Training, Pilates and all modern methods of fitness, while I also completed my master's degree in Marketing, at the American College of Greece. I am happy and proud that my dream, to own a studio of my own in which I can improve the life & health of my practitioners, becomes reality.
